Better Adopt Him [Commission]

Commission for PL1 of her character Oscar and his moms self-proclaimed adoptive parents Charlie and Sawyer (who belong to me). They could not possibly come across such a small, precious child without taking him under their care. u_u He's so bitty though, he can swing from their arms without issue. 

Even when he's an adult probably, thanks to scale shenanigans. XD
